✨ I am a certified Energy Medicine practitioner, trained through the Four Winds Society, with a Reiki Level 1 attunement and expertise in sound healing using tuning forks, drums, and sound bowls. My practice is deeply enriched by years of self-healing, personal inner work, and the wisdom gained from my clients, the teachings of world religions, esoteric knowledge, and the invaluable lessons of life itself.
💫 Before embarking on my journey in energy medicine, I dedicated three decades to academia in public health. With a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Doctor of Science (ScD) from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, I spent 25 years as an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. My transition to energy work was inspired by my belief in holistic health—the integration of mind, body, and spirit for true healing. Through my own experience rebalancing my energy field, I discovered how mental, emotional, and physical "dis-ease" often stems from energetic imbalances. In my practice, I have witnessed remarkable transformations as clients clear energetic blockages, creating space for healing and restoring harmony in their lives.
⚡️ I am passionate about supporting individuals on their spiritual journey through my Spiritual Mentorship program. Many of those I work with feel a sense that "something is missing" in their lives, and it brings me immense joy to guide them toward clarity and purpose. Having experienced a similar calling during my career shift, I understand the challenges of finding your path and "tribe." This program offers personalized one-on-one guidance and group Zoom sessions that connect like-minded seekers, fostering a supportive and inspiring community.

🌻 On a personal note, I am the proud mother of three incredible young men, whom I raised alone following the loss of their wonderful father in 2015. My family also includes four loving dogs and one extraordinary cat (my Jaguar). I find joy in the outdoors, whether walking along rivers with my dogs, exploring the ocean, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. A lifelong learner and seeker of wisdom, I am often immersed in courses on ancient teachings, shadow work, and self-healing. My bedside is perpetually stacked with books on these topics, as meditation and reading are my daily anchors.
